| The Fine Arts Center Galleries, University of Rhode Island, are an active kunsthalle, rather than a collecting institution. Comprised of three public exhibition areas (Main, Corridor, and Photography spaces), the Galleries annually present a changing program of contemporary art to stimulate the understanding and interpretation of art in its evolving visual expressions.
